Two Grunts Inc. Lifetime Firearm and Component Warranty

Effective Date: This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies to customers who provide a valid Two Grunts Inc. serial number, the date of purchase, and the dealer from whom the product was purchased.

Lifetime Warranty for Firearms and Components
Two Grunts Inc. warrants that its firearms and components, when stored, transported, and used in accordance with recommended guidelines, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This warranty applies to all parts and components, regardless of wear or use, provided the customer submits a valid Two Grunts Inc. serial number, date of purchase, and dealer information. Examples of coverage include, but are not limited to:

  • If you shoot out your barrel, we will replace it.
  • If you wear out your bolt face, we will swap it.
  • If any component fails due to wear or extended use, we will replace it at no charge.

Lifetime Warranty does not cover Individual Parts/Receivers purchased from Two Grunts Inc. or an authorized dealer. A valid TGI serial number must be provided to receive the lifetime warranty.

Customers who purchase receivers or individual parts directly from Two Grunts Inc. or its authorized dealers are eligible for a 25% discount on replacements for wear or extended use, provided they can supply the date of purchase, and dealer information. This discount does not apply to firearms covered under the lifetime warranty.

Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must complete the Two Grunts Inc. Warranty Claim Form and submit it via this page or email to support@twogruntsinc.com (mailto:support@twogruntsinc.com) with the subject line “WARRANTY REPAIR REQUEST.” The form must include:

  • Valid Two Grunts Inc. serial number.
  • Model of the firearm or component.
  • Date of purchase and dealer information.
  • Original receipt or ATF forms showing the date of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the defect or issue.
  • When the issue was first noticed.
  • Estimated number of rounds fired through the firearm or component.

Upon receipt, Two Grunts Inc. will review the claim and, if approved, provide a repair or job number along with shipping instructions. Firearms or components sent to us with clear signs of extensive use or wear will still be covered under this warranty, provided the required documentation is submitted.

Shipping and Insurance
It is recommended that shipments be insured by the customer, as Two Grunts Inc. will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and insurance charges for return to the customer will be paid by Two Grunts Inc. if the claim is covered by the warranty.

Exclusions
Two Grunts Inc. will not be responsible for:

  • Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith following Two Grunts Inc. authorized procedures, or failure to follow the disassembly instructions in the Two Grunts Inc. manual.
  • Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, or criminal misuse.
  • Damage caused by negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Limitations of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TWO GRUNTS INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHERWISE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Lifetime Service Policy
Two Grunts Inc. will repair or replace, without charge, any Two Grunts Inc. firearm or component purchased on or after January 1, 2024, that is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, or that has worn out due to use, provided the required documentation is submitted. The Lifetime Service Policy covers functional defects but does not include the firearm’s finish, grips, magazines, or cosmetic blemishes.

TL;DR: We cover any firearm or component manufactured by Two Grunts Inc. for its lifetime, for any manufacturer’s defects or wear, as long as you provide a valid serial number, date of purchase, and dealer info. Shot out your barrel? We’ll replace it. Worn bolt face? We’ll swap it. Receivers or individual parts purchased? Get a 25% discount on replacements for wear if you provide the same info. Fill out our warranty form with the issue, when you noticed it, and estimated round count to start the process. Misuse or improper ammo? That’s on you

Note: All liability is excluded in the event that the instructions in the Two Grunts Inc. manual are not observed.
