Refund and Returns Policy

All Two Grunts Inc. firearms are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee against manufacturer defects in our workmanship. 

If your product shows any signs of being defective (from the manufacturer and not from misuse), Two Grunts Inc. will make every effort to repair or replace the part or product at no additional cost to the customer. 

Two Grunts Inc. has an all sales are final policy and once your product has been purchased there will be no refunds given other than for terms covered under our warranty policy.


Once an order has been placed, that order is not editable or eligible for a refund. 

Defective Products

If the product has been used in accordance with the Two Grunts Inc. user manual but is defective, faulty, unfit for safe use, or does not match the description stated on our website please email us at support@twogruntsinc.com so we can coordinate a return of the product.

Please attach a copy of your invoice/order to the email. 

In doing so, you, the customer, agree that we may send the product to a 3rd party for assessment of any misuse not in accordance with our user manual. If the product is determined defective, faulty, or unfit for safe use, we will provide you with an exchange at no additional cost to you, the customer.

Any firearm shipped back to us if deemed to be covered under the warranty must be UNLOADED. No ammunition at all should be shipped with your order.
