Warranty

This warranty is granted by Two Grunts Inc. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and applies to the original owner of any firearm manufactured by Two Grunts Inc. Two Grunts Inc. warrants that its products, when stored, transported, and used in accordance with recommended guidelines, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the lifetime of its products. Firearms sent to us with clear signs of extensive use and normal wear will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Warranty claims should be made via email to support@twogruntsinc.com, with the subject “WARRANTY REPAIR REQUEST.” The serial number, model, original receipt, or ATF forms which show the date of the original purchase must be included in the email. A brief description of the defect/issue you found with your firearm must be stated in the body of the email. You will be given a repair or job number and instructions for shipment to Two Grunts Inc. in our reply email if we deem the issue to fall under our warranty policy.

It is recommended that shipments be insured by the owner since Two Grunts Inc. will accept no responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Transportation and insurance charges for return to the original owner will be paid by Two Grunts Inc. if the claim is covered by the warranty. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TWO GRUNTS INC. BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WITH RESPECT TO ECONOMIC LOSS, INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHETHER AS A RESULT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Two Grunts Inc. will not be responsible for:

  • Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith following Two Grunts Inc. authorized procedures, or failure to follow the disassembly instructions in the Two Grunts Inc. manual.
  • Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.
  • Criminal misuse, negligence, or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Two Grunts Inc. will repair, without charge, for the lifetime of the original owner, any Two Grunts Inc. firearm purchased on or after January 1, 2024, that is found to have a defect in material or workmanship. The Lifetime Service Policy covers functional defects; it does not include the firearm’s finish, grips, magazines, or cosmetic blemishes.

TLDR: We will cover any firearm manufactured by us for the lifetime of the original owner, for any and all manufacturer’s defects. If you put .300 Blackout in your 5.56 barrel and it blows up, we aren’t going to cover that. If you hit us up a few years after purchase and 20,000 rounds of use, and want a new barrel, we’ll work with you. If you need a new gas ring after blowing yours out after several thousand rounds, we can point you in the right direction. Just use common sense, and we’ll work with you.

Note: All liability is excluded in the event that the instructions in the Two Grunts Inc. manual are not observed.
