Our Founders

Matt, the CEO/President, served in the Marine Corps infantry as a 0311/rifleman (2007-2013) before becoming a police officer in Chicago. After 7 years as a police officer in Chicago, Matt decided to leave his law enforcement career and start Two Grunts Inc. with his brother, Andrew. During this time Matt got his training as a machinist with a local journeyman’s machinists program. He currently resides in SW Michigan with his wife, son, and dog.

Andrew, also served in the Marine Corps infantry as a 0311/rifleman (2013-2017) with 2nd Battalion 4th Marines. After finishing his service he utilized the GI Bill and got his bachelor’s in International Relations – Global Business from USC. He currently resides out-of-state from Matt and is focusing on his carpentry career.
