Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be construed and governed under the laws of the United States and State of Michigan (without regard to rules governing conflicts of laws provisions). You agree that venue for all actions, arising out of or relating in any way to your use of our Services, shall be in the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan and of any Michigan state court sitting in Berrien County, MI.
