What Sets Us Apart

At Two Grunts Inc., we’re not trying to reinvent the AR-15. We believe the platform already delivers on what matters most: accuracy, reliability, durability, and dependability. Our mission is to meet or exceed the standards set by the top-tier manufacturers while remaining accessible to those who prioritize performance over flash.

What truly sets us apart is our focus on metallurgy. We obsess over the alloy choices we make and the manufacturing processes we apply to them. Every component is engineered for maximum thermal stability, longevity, and real-world abuse. By optimizing the material science behind each part, we aim to build AR-15s that don’t just perform, they endure.

Purpose-Built for Real World Reliability

Each rifle we produce is more than just a piece of equipment; it’s a precision crafted tool designed to perform in demanding environments. Our flagship SHTF-15 series is created as a “work-gun,” built to withstand rigorous use while maintaining peak performance. With built-in features like purpose-selected alloy blends for all of our steel parts and post-manufacturing processes all implemented to enhance durability and lifespan. To a finely balanced gas system focused on consistent reliability and maximizing part longevity, our rifles are built to endure.

To maximize accuracy potential, we focus on optimized chambering and carefully selected rifling twists that accommodate a range of ammunition types and stabilize projectiles effectively. This approach ensures that each rifle delivers consistent, accurate performance, whether in high-stakes situations or at the range.

Engineered for Cohesion and Purpose

At Two Grunts Inc., we don’t believe in assembling a rifle from random parts. All our parts and components are engineered and designed in-house, and our specific alloy choice reflects a deliberate decision to create a cohesive, high-functioning system. We evaluate materials and features based on their real-world reliability and long-term durability, opting not to use certain alloys or parts that may fail to meet our stringent standards or disrupt the balance of the firearm.

This is why, for example, we don’t use stainless steel alloys in our barrels or apply chrome lining for barrel treatments. While these options are popular in the industry, we prioritize materials and finishes that enhance performance over time, not just in the initial rounds but well beyond the 5,000-round mark. Our choices reflect our commitment to long-term durability and consistency, ensuring that each rifle performs as reliably on its 10,000th shot as it did on its first.

Hand-Built Craftsmanship

Every Two Grunts rifle is hand-built by a master gunsmith with decades of experience. Each firearm undergoes a meticulous 50-point assembly process,  followed by test firing to confirm reliability and function. This ensures that every gun leaving our shop meets our exacting standards for quality, precision, and dependability.

Features that Make a Difference

Our rifles are crafted with carefully selected, premium components that enhance performance, durability, and shooter comfort. We use high-grade alloys that meet or exceed mil-spec standards to ensure maximum strength and durability, resulting in rifles built to endure demanding conditions. Key features like the ambidextrous gas-buster charging handle effectively control gas blowback, while the all steel-alloy A5 buffer system provides smoother, more controlled shooting. Every detail, from the ALG Defense trigger to ergonomically designed grips, is chosen to optimize the shooting experience and deliver a dependable firearm ready for any situation.

Veteran-Founded, Veteran-Supported

As a veteran-founded company, we give back to the community that shaped us by supporting veteran-focused organizations like PB Abbate and Hunter Seven Foundation. Every purchase you make contributes to these causes, helping veterans and their families. Choosing Two Grunts Inc. means you’re not only investing in a quality firearm but also supporting meaningful initiatives that support veterans.
